The mayor of Boston is trying to sue Sony over everything that happened.
I personally think it is not in any way Sony's fault. If people are stupid enough to resort to violence and spend time in jail for a video game system or any retail item then there dumb.
As far as the trampling's go Wal-Mart and best buy should be held accountable for those. Where some stores opened the doors and just said go.
