1. Acknowledging & controling my impulses. Overshopping & overeating, mostly.

2. Eating more protein.

3. Going to the gym more regularly.

4. Meditating more often.

I will be completely honest, this is a different list than I've seen from anyone else for New Years resolutions of a bucket list and this one takes the cake!! I think those are all wonderful goals to work on! And I could probably use all those too. Really try to better yourself! It takes motivation and determination which can sometimes be hard to find but it'll be in your best interest.
