I can't wait to see your set!

Thank you for the comment on the Eden waterfall set. That was a long time ago and i have learned since then, but I still think it is the best set that I shot. It hurt to see it rejected.

Did you get my message about the family portrait? I have ideas -- it involves about 40 yards of gauzy flowy white fabric...
sabine8:
Thanks for sharing that video, it was really beautiful!
I just love your blogs...they're always so creative.

There is this person in the building across from me whom I occasionally watch. They sit behind their half-closed blinds at a desk with a light behind them. Even in the day they are completely silhouetted. I often wonder what fun they are up to and if they are working or simply doing stuff on the internet.

People watching is the only activity that really...

You know what I'd really like? I'd really like for there to be a super fantastic French SG (think along the lines of Nya, Valium, Ayane, Dwam, Raia) who's name was Cerise. She could be a photographer too. That would be so much fun to me.

SPOILERS! (Click to view)
Before you ask I am really glad there hasn't been another SG called Cherri or...

What would be great is that each country has his own Cherry. They would all look like you, a bit like the Nurse Joys in Pokemon^^

Untill then I dream about a huge SG meeting where I'ld be able to see you and Miranda, among many others.
opale:
When I wasn't on SG yet and was looking for a name I thought about "Cerise" smile And I have a set where I must draw cherries in ^^

I also hope we'll meet one day, I love your pictures!

Kisses!

I would be tempted to. If I weren't about to abandon my flat in Salisbury to be left empty with the occasional visit for the next couple of years.

How are you getting on with the Mars Trilogy?
akemi:

Last night I saw my first bald eagle! In the city! I was really excited and just stumbled out the words. Of course, Matthew has seen a ton of them in his lifetime so it wasn't so exciting for him.

I was looking up and I thought, gosh look at that HUGE bird with the white head and then it twigged! It was quite high...

The response to my last journal entry is really overwhelming. I honestly didn't expect so many people to be so kind about something like that. You, know, on a website where a lot of things are based on looks. I want to thank you all for the advice and heartfelt words, it has helped a lot!

Soon you'll be getting to see a lot more...

I decided I should probably try and get an update on February 29th. I always wondered what happened if you were born on 29th. Do you celebrate your birthday on the 28th or the 1st of March on the non-leap years? Anyone out there born on the 29th February?

Decorated holgas! Yep, I've been at it again. Three new ones for you to look...

One of my best friends was born on leap-year. She just celebrated her "5th" birthday. On all the non-leap years, she just celebrates in the middle of the night between the 28th and 1st. smile
They didn't let her put her birthday as the 29th when she got her license to drive. Stupid.
solipsis:
I like the "Black is the Old Black" one. Has a great Monty Python-esque absurdity about it with that no-photography graphic placed at the top. Like a no-drinking sign on a beer tap.

A friend of mine has his birthday on March 1st. He likes to joke about starting a crusade against the observation of leap years and releasing bottled up emotion on anyone he happens to meet born on one, for making him push his birthday back a day very four years.

Lastly, Moira's latest is my favorite set of recent times. Wonderful atmosphere. (To try and shine a light on the non-obvious.)

I hope you're well. Cheers. smile
