I don't know if endorphins works well for migraine, but they are body's own painkillers and feel good chemicals. Sleeping well and enough produce endorphins, also listening your favourite music does that, spicy food, laughing, crying, excercixe/doing sports, dark chocolate/hot chocolate/chocolate milk which have much real cocoa makes body also producing endorphins... having sex/masturbation/orgasms... they all do it.

This is right in the ditch of my elbow - Probably up there with my ribs in terms of pain, but totally bearable. Sunflowers are my favourite flower and now I get to keep one with me all the time! And my new little snail buddy is the cutest. :3 My bug sleeve is coming along so well, I'm super excited for it to be finished. This was done by Danielle at Wild At Heart tattoo. Also, would you guys like a blog post on ALL of my tattoos, with photos of each? Could be fun :3

I know a lot of women complain about tights, but I honestly love them. Being in Australia, I don't really get to wear them very often, so I'll take every chance I get. They're flattering and hold everything up so nicely - Almost like a corset.
