I'm hella deperessed.
end story.

I think it's the meds... not working. before them I was slightly more manic... but now I just have no energy and hate life.

I'm doing laundry and watching scrubs...a lotta things are okay I guess.

school starts soon... SPANISH!

It's the meds I think.
I've been going through the same shit, but am coming back around.
Every once in a while the meds aren't enough, but the crisis will pass in week or so.
My doc and I discussed upping my dose, but the side effects wouldn't be worth it.
Hope you're feeling better.
kiss

Where do you live in Washington? biggrin

do people even date anymore? or just they just hook-up?

I'm slightly depressed about life and CONFUSED about everything.

I don't know if this would be bad with your meds, so I'm not recommending this... but if I'm going to be drinking a bit, I take "Chasers." So far it's prevented me from having major hangovers.
vrulovwrath:
You could move your TV infront of the shower and stay in the tub while you wach scurbs or something. That would be cool... I think.

sorry to hear about your stomach pain. i'm not a medical professional in any way, shape, or form. i've always had stomach problems. a few years ago i was visiting friends in australia, and it got really bad. i hurt vaguely and constantly every day. there was no specific spot in which the pain occurred and seemed to have nothing to do with what or when i ate. the australian doctors did lots of tests and poking around, declared it "gastritis", and then gave me random medications which did nothing. except for being much more affordable it felt just like a doctor's visit in the U.S.

a good friend of mine is a naturopath. she spent a while talking to me and examining me and recommended that i start taking slippery elm bark. she bought me some (whihc i believe was actually imported from the pacific northwest) in powder form and three times a day i would mix a tablespoon or two (i think) with juice and drink/slurp it down. it is not great tasting but does a pretty great job of coating your stomach and smoothing out digestion.

within two weeks i felt much better. i continued it for three months i think and was fine for quite a while. i have only had to start another course of it once in the five years since this occurred. you can buy it in capsule form also which is much easier to find. i take those every now and again and they seem to help as well.

good luck.

And we love you! biggrin kisses kiss
