I'm starting to not like my job very much. Mostly because I specified my desire for PART-TIME hours and have somehow ended up with 45 scheduled hours this week. This loosely translates into 58 actual hours, which is just about double the amount of time I want or need to be spending at work.

Good GOD that's a long work day. I just finished a strech where I worked 13 consecutive days, so I'm gonna have like 900000 hours on my next check. It has it's advantages but it sucks balls when you spend more time at work than anywhere else. Makes for one pitiful day...

Oh, of course, Independance Day. We do nothing here for St. George's day (England, 23rd April) ; St. Patricks Day gets much more prominence, and that's for the drinking only. Canada Day, Thanksgiving, Independance Day, we need a proper national holiday for people to care about.
