Jujitsu is my bread and butter! Along with some Judo and Muay Thai techniques(very little Muay Thai and Judo though)! What's your game??

I did first traditionnal taekwondo (ITF, North Korea)

Then WTF taekwondo (South Korea) wich is far from being the best if your search for self defense as you mostly train for kicks in the head as giving the most points in competition. I did it 2 years in 2 different clubs and NEVER trained blocks !

In a real fight you need a lot of confidence to give a high kick AND you will need to proove that it was necessary. At ITF you learn a lot to blocks and self defense

This year I was back in the city with very good teacher for ITF but no free time on the training days.

I was between judo and aikido and seen the team of Tai-Ji-Tsu on discovering day and this is really 100% orientated self defense

I never managed to grow my nails long.

None of my activities (ballet, piano, motherhood, cooking, biology, diving, painting, design, etc.) help. 😅😅😅

So I’ve been gone for a while, I took a long far away trip, I came back about 2 weeks ago but I’m starting to feel sad, I really didn’t want to come back :( I miss the cold, I miss getting lost in these beautiful landscapes, so much that I’m thinking about moving after finishing school.

Amazing pictures! Still have to visit Iceland...we are quite close (western Europe) but always take our dogs with us, so Islands are more challenging ;)
