You’re totally normal sweetheart! Mental Health issues are now the biggest issue in modern society!, it’s best to talk about it like you do. I’m happy you’re feeling better, this time of year is also tough for many. I could never understand that, but now since my parents have passed on I think about them more at this time of the year and it can be sad. Like most people with a mental disorder I never realized I had a problem. Sure I felt lousy and moody but I thought that was my normal. It took a failed (obviously) suicide attempt to get me the help I needed. And you know what I found out?  Mental illness is as common as dirt, I would say 25 percent of the population needs help at some time or other. But that doesn't mean it's an easy road to travel, we need a little compassionate understanding. When your friends notice something wrong, take heed, for others know before we ourselves do.
