OK...so, my new mission (well, it's not really new - it's a couple of weeks old, but close enough) is to run off the chubby little spare tyre around my midriff (wich appeared overnight, oddly enough, the day I turned 30) and return to the skinny little boy shape I know you girlies love to love
One look at my avatar there should tell you actively seeking exercise is a fairly alien concept to me, but I just did a two mile canal run. Now that may sound flat, but if you happen to live at the top of a hill you have to run down to get to the canal, foresight should tell you that it'll still be in the way when you get back...put it this way, I just spent the last 10 minutes walking around my living room trying to stop my calves from exploding. Interesting sensation.
So, basically, I just stopped in to boast about doing something healthy
