If there is one thing I hate, it is being thanked for doing something nice; I have a personal motto and it goes like this,
I didn't do it because I care, I do it because I am human!
That alone is what sets my mentality apart from so many people, I see and accept the always present flaw of the Human Element, we have forgotten that without us, things would be much better, so aside from eradication of the entire race, we can simply be more humane about being human. Accept the human element and use that to our advantage as a whole. We are too concerned about what will happen to us after we die and not enough about what we can do to benefit us for now and tomorrow. Honestly, Religion is the only reason we have yet to go to space, or solved world hunger, even just a simple thing like the economy could all be solved by the lack of religion, now, religion is something fine to have, but no to live by. A man on the moon pulling the strings isn't going to help us grow, we are, and how would a god feel if he was beaten by his own creation? We have the ability to be gods if we wanted to, but we are so afraid of one as it is, we hold ourselves back. If God existed, he would've ended the world hundreds of years ago, but he didn't because not only does he not exist, but it is that truth that makes us the horrid race we are.
I could go on forever, but honestly, one person isn't going to change the world, not even a country will change the world, but a race could. OUR race could do anything we pleased from space travel to universal peace
