It has been forever since I've done a blog. So..since the last blog....
Feb: I went home for a few weeks to do a "recruiting" mission for the army. I really did try to do the job (which was just to talk about the deployment and what I do) but it was damn near impossible to schedule anything. So it was more just me being...

So I leave for home in about 45 hours. Bad ass.

I found some CDs that I either thought I lost or forgot about. One of them was from a composition that I took with this really famous Jazz writer and it was great to listen to it since it reminded me of lots of good stuff from that class and just better times when...

So I just found out about the Milan tattoo convention. I looked at some of the artists and some of them were highly recommended by Raia. Now I'm slightly upset that I'll be back in the states during the entire convention. I want to get some pieces done on my calves and I really dig the work that I've seen from Lauren Santana and...

Yesterday was tiring. I took an army test in language. Needless to say I'm even more amazed at the ability that most people in Europe have to speak two different languages very well. I scored a 1+/1+ which is the score that I needed for what I plan on doing in the National Guard, but I was hoping to get a little higher and maybe...

So been back in Germany a couple days now. I spent a few days in Paris with some of the guys I work with. And it made me realize specifically why I like going to places that aren't frequented by Americans.

So one of the guys wanted to hit the bars New Years Eve, which was cool. We all ended up going to the Eiffel...

Thanks! I don't think Walgreens would ship to the UK would they? Maybe I can use them to make prints to send to other people in the US.

So had a fairly disturbing phone conversation with an old friend the other night. He wouldn't tell me exactly what's going on, but I suspect from how he was talking and some of the things he was talking about that he's fuckin with some serious shit now. Not like in high school when he was sellin weed to friends and almost got caught up in...

I didn't know you called beer brews hehe! That's an odd one! I dont drink that much so not sure of any names for it, 'bevvy' is used a lot, most people will just say 'pint' haha! tongue About your blog, my initial advice would be to stay way out of it...! I know you want to help your friend and thats very sweet of you, but if he's into something very dangerous you may get roped into it to far, there's only so much you can do to help someone, believe me. And people will only change if they want to and most of the time they are who they are and not much will change that. I do hope you and he stay safe kiss xXx

Today...drove down to Freiburg. I wanted to go to the Swartzwald for a while now, and so I decided to go today and see some more of Germany. Although Freiburg was very city like, after driving for about 10 minutes I found myself in the middle of a tiny village at the base of some of the mountains in the area. So my friend Brian...

So I am sitting in an Internet Cafe on Blvd. Beaumarchais in Paris. Just left the Opera house and the performance was awesome. I wish my French was better than it is right now, but for not speaking hardly any French for 15 months I don't think I'm doing too bad.

But I need to figure out something and try to meet some of the...

Cradle of Filth was pretty dope last night in Frankfurt. Got to take one of my soldiers to his first concert so that's cool especially since he isn't going home for the holidays. There are definitely some differences between German and American metal shows:

1.) When people step on parts of you or shoulder you they tend to apologize...In Germany (or at least at this...

Tonight I go to one of the Irish Pubs in Mainz to do Trivia Night. They did it every Tuesday night before we deployed so I hope they still do it. Thursday night I go to Frankfurt for a Cradle of Filth concert with some friends. Sunday I fly to Paris to go see a performance at the Bastille Opera House. This week will be...

It was at ARENA, i know that place well because there's a small club where I used to go every weekend. I know the fair too, weird stuff, I like it, haha.

When I was in DE, I was with 5-7 ADA, then in Hanau. They've moved to Kaiserslautern, now. Oh, what I wouldn't give to be back there. Don't delay in having a blast, every moment you have. If you find yourself just chillin' in the B's on a weekend, get up and go find something cool to do. It's all around you, there. Not so much on most posts back in CONUS. I wish I could get back all the times I sat playing video games or whatever.
