This is a short little note about my move to Manhattan. As I take a short break from packing, I'm listening to Project Pitchfork and imagining my life for the next year (or more). It will definitely be more decadent and sophisticated. I guess you assimilate the properties of your neighborhood to some degree. My current apartment is very haphazard. When you come out here to Bushwick, you aren't going to find a very fancy apartment, even if a person's salary might warrant it. However, Gramercy is going to be another world. No longer will I be riding the train with half of Puerto Rico. Not ragging PR here, but.. everything in moderation. You understand.
What I'm trying to get at is my comfort level. It will increase. I will be able to work more on my art, writing and exhibition. I can't wait!

I'd rather us be neighbors anyway.
