My first SG blog. Interesting. I have been on SG for two years now, but still haven't yet posted a blog here. Or done much else with my profile. Mostly because I can't figure out how. Oh, it's not because I am not intelligent. Not in the least.
A long time ago there was a group of people who followed the believed actions of a man named Ned Ludd, who was supposed to have taken a torch to two newly "auto-mated" mills. In essence, they were simply mills being run with what we would now call ancient technology. But it was the premise of the machine that inctied Ludd to action. A couple of years later, in fear of their livelihoods and their way of life, many of these people who followed his example became to be known as Luddites.
Nowadays, people who are generally opposed to technology in general are referred to as Luddites. I have a friend you vehemently calls me a Luddite, despite the fact that I was the first person in my Middle School to program the new computers. Of course, that was in 1982. I learned how to use computers and was rather proficient in it.
But time moves on, and soon enough, it passed me by. Yes, I can program my VCR. Of course, VCRs are also out of date now too.
I figured out Facebook easily enough, and MySpace, and such. But I just can't seem to figure out why my profile still doesn't have a photo of me. I have tried often and again to change my profile pic, but it just doesn't - apparently - like me. I also can't seem to upload any more picture that the few I have already put on here.
Well . . . . . so here I am. I used to keep a blog on MySpace, and then that site seemed to die a slow horrible death. I know people are still on it, but none of them are my friends, and they all seem to want me to buy something or go someplace. Alas.
I recently decided that I ought to start a blog here. And what should I post in my first blog? Well . . . you just read it. Or at least I hope you did. And I hope that I can bring some form of amusement, inspiration, recreation, or elucidation.
And you might need a dictionary. I tend to use a few larger words every now and then. Call me erudite. Just don't call me late for dinner.
Peace.

I think I still have a MySpace page, but I can't remember my password and haven't checked it in months. It started to get on my nerves. And since I have Facebook for family and friends, and SG for the real me, I don't feel the need to log in to my MySpace account.
Hit me with the big words, sir. *dictionary in hand*
