Finally got in to get tested, because the ex decided condoms are optional when you cheat, I'll know in a week what's up. Here comes the anxiety....

@arroezze I get it, I guess my issue here is we had agreed to be in a committed monogamous relationship, I had trusted her, and I was completely loyal. So yeah I could have always worn a condom, and that may be a lesson learned, but I'm not mad that I had to get tested, I'm mad that she cheated. The getting tested was just a consequence, ya know?

Trust me. I been there myself. Took a risk, thought the better of them and ended up needing treatment. Unfortunately loyalty is a taboo that we can't even trust those we should. Marriage, relationships, partners aren't sacred. We just need to own up and move forward. Learned better next time.
