I am happy to report that we were all lied to when they said that it is less unhealthy to eat the egg whites than to eat the yolks. Really, it is downright GOOD to eat the yolks. It is also better to use REAL butter (Can You Believe It?) and WHOLE milk (which is actually only "3%" - if you can find REAL WHOLE MILK, however, then go for it).
