Today is 80 squats, then another rest day tomorrow. I thought the 50 squats were slightly tough (SLIGHTLY) but yesterday's 75 had me having to catch my breath! I'm really enjoying this 30 day challenge so far. My bad knee has only been slightly irritated, and only the first day, and each day after my rest day.
I'm so happy my knee has been holding up. That was the one thing I was concerned about. I'm still being careful about it, but I'm confident this new round of physical activity is going to help strengthen it, more than possibly hurt it. I know previously, my knee had less pain the more I worked out.
Now I'm going to add daily cardio to my regimen! Especially since there's a strong chance I'm going to be seeing my internet stalker of 4 years at a mutual friend's party. But now that most people see her for the psycho beast she is, I'm not afraid to lay the smack down if need be. That girl better watch herself that night, if she has the nerve to show up.
I know someone you hate shouldn't be the reason to workout more, BUT HEY, I'm a girl, and that's what we do! Whether we openly admit it or not.
