in the mountains in Kingsport, Tenn. a river runs thru a tunnel on an open road. It is considered a haunted place, apparently if u stop in the middle of the tunnel, turn your vehicle off, crack your windows, you will see a man in your rearview or hear voices of children. It was pretty creepy, I didnt see the man but I did hear children.
