Hello SG, how are you today? π
I'm really stressed out and have everything to do with today's blog topic:
"What does independence mean to you?" hahaha
I think that for all of us this is something we dream from the moment we start wanting to do things that our parents do not leave, the famous phrase "When I grow up ..." or "Let me work ..." (at least with me it was so hahaha)
But after growing up and having money I began to see independence in a different way. Being independent is much more than age or money ... Being independent is able to cope with the challenges of life alone, know that you have to make choices and each one of them will have consequences that you will have to accept, have control over your emotions and know yourself, have ideals and goals, have opinions about the world around you and know how to argue about each one of them . But mostly knowing that no one can live alone, that having someone to tell in the happiest and sad hours is something crucial ...
That INDEPENDENT sometimes DEPENDS on other people !!! π€π€π€
Today I am in the most independent phase of my life and it never depends so much on the support of my family and friends ... Support I never gave value, but today I see as an anchor ββ€οΈ
The "adult problems" come and things get ugly sometimes ha hahaha
But independence is this and we are slowly learning π
And to you ... What is independence?
Kisses and hugs from Val πβ€οΈ
