Well, the likelihood of anyone reading this is low, mainly due to the fact that I've not really become part of the community yet (I should get round to doing that, but busy at uni and all that), but I may as well type up my stream of consciousness.
So on Tuesday (4/11/09) I saw my favourite band for the umpteenth time in my favourite venue in the world. Although I've not been too enamoured with their newer stuff, Biffy Clyro will never disappoint me live and seeing them at the Barrowlands is always a great experience. This time was a bit more special though, it was the first time I'd been to a gig alone for a long time, so I decided to get stuck in and headed for the barrier and the pit. It was like seeing them for the first time again, drenched in sweat, trying to avoid the crowd-surfers, hearing a couple of tracks from The Vertigo of Bliss. Then there's the bonus of a new album released next week. Heaven.
