What van I say, the last couple of months have been, for lack of better words, an adventure. I've had to deal with the loss of two family members, the near loss of my father due to heart failure; of course that problem still exists, the loss of a family pet, which pails in comparison, but still. And an ongoing financial problem, which I found out my main backup plan/ company no longer exists. But through it all I've managed to keep going forward, including my cheesecakes, which have been a great sense of pleasure and accomplishment. I've gotten through my federal income tax jobs, computer repair work, and the headaches associated with them, and to be perfectly honest, I'm still here ready for whatever comes next.
So what can I say, but I can't wait for the chapters that follow, and I am armed and ready. That is all we can ask !!!!
On the plus side, I have done a bit of landscaping, the weather is coming around, so it is time to bring my cast iron barbeque downstairs, season it, and initiate it with fresh Venison..........I can't wait.

I've been trying to come up with another unique cheesecake idea, but to be perfectly honest, it has been very difficult. The last one, blood orange chocolate, was my best, so what do you follow that with.
