Well I have been a busy girl with all my training. I've been putting in about an hours weights work almost everyday this week, pretty heavy weights too. I havent run this week as I'm recovering from a throat infection and that has been annoying but today I plan on running out some sprints. I'm also going rock climbing tonight with my boy and a friend of ours. Its not fair though - I'll be rockclimbing with two guys we call 'monkey men' because they can climb just about anything! damn natural athletes.
Then I have 8 hours of training this weekend, 4 saturday and 4 on sunday. Plus a party saturday night. We'll see how I pull up on monday, but untill then I wont even let myself think about muscle soreness. I might have to invest in an ice bath I think. haha.
Tournament is next weekend and I all ready have a lot of nervous anticipation for it. I'm fighting in two categories which is going to not be a whole lot of fun. eep.
