Two of my friends are moving out west to Alberta! It was crazy fast too! I am going to miss them, especially the one who I have been friends with since we were 10 years old! I went to visit them at her parent's house since they are staying there until they leave next week. It was fun, we played some board games and such! Like usual, the go-getters we are!
THEN! When I went to leave I stepped on a fracking piece of glass! At first I thought it must have been a tack, but then I looked and there was a hunk of glass on the floor. We started looking and there was another, and another, and another! And no one knows what broke!? Crazy! It was only a small puncture, but damn did it bleed! I left a huge puddle of blood on their floor! Haha. Possible two culprits: crazed kitten or senile great-grandparent? What broke - no one knows!
When I came home there was a deer on the lawn! The same time last night when I went to the kitchen for a glass of water there was also a deer. It is strange though, because you typically see them in groups. This one must be a loner.... outcast deer!
Tomorrow is the party for my new nephew! He is about a month and a half old! This will only be the second time that I have seen him and I am excited! Last time I visited I did not get to hold him because I was sick, but this time I can! YAY! Also, TERRIFIED! I don't hold babies, or do anything else baby related.. .Which makes me absolutely terrified of them.. As much as I love them...
....At least it is not as bad as my repulsion towards pregnancy! While other people look at preggo mothers and see natures beauty and growing babies, I see big ladies with freaky sea-monkey aliens growing inside of them. TERRIFYING! And I am not even kidding about this! I am going to totally fail in my maternity placement in two weeks!
Me and kitty tonight:
When I am on the computer she always wants to be right up on my lap!

wow your eyes are so beautiful!!
well I did just take some photos of the tat just now (surprisingly difficult to get a good shot, much awkward bending was involved), but then I realised I left my data transfer cable elsewhere. Curses.
