IT'S 4:30AM and I have yet to fall asleep. Why? It's not the first time and more than likely it won't be the last. And I don't know why. Why is it some nights I'm out before my head hits the pillow and others I toss and turn all night? I'm sure a doctor could probably figure it out for me. Or at the very least give me something to help fall asleep.
Reading used to help relax me but now if I'm really into the book, I can't put it down. Once I read "Watchers" by Dean Koontz, it's about a super intelligent golden retriever and it's counterpart, the Outsider. in 1 day. I just couldn't put tell book down. It's an amazing story. But there I was at 5 o'clock in the morning still reading. So reading is out.Listening to music does help. But it depends on who I'm listening to. U2 is always good. As is the Clash or the Beatles. That's enough rambling for now. Here's hoping I fall asleep soon...
