No sir, the artist's name is Stephen Gammel... Author of the book, Alvin Schwartz. This came out probably a decade before Goosebumps hit the stands. The Illustrations were phenomenal, creepy ink wash drawings possibly some charcoals... but i've heard the illustrator is now a fine artist and wants no recognition for these books. weird! @hallus81
