I posted a couple of my photos from the shoot I did with randy last week on my personal Facebook account. My sister sees the photos and send a me a texts asking me if is like her opinion so of course being the youngest sister I say yes cause her advice is to only help so she tells me she thinks everything looks fine just to remember not to raise my eyebrows so much and to make sure my arms don't look dislocated and then she says also you need to work on your body. 😱 my jaw dropped I started thinking right away "wtf I'm doing I look nice she is crazy" but she goes on explaining herself. She says "take it from me being your older sister who doesn't work out everything doesn't stay in place forever"
That got me thinkin back to high school when I ran track and omg my body was killer back then. I remember after hell month in track men would pull their car over while I'm waking home to tell me "nice ass" stare for a sec and then drive off. Yes it was nerve racking especially at te age I was but it also made me feel really good after especially since they never took me haha. So hell month here I come. I'll try to post updates on my body as often as once a week, which isn't that often but I'm lazy and forgetful haha here's a picture of my body now and next week lets see if see change!
What I think I need to work out on
-legs(toning)
-ass(lifting and tightening)
-arms(evening muscle)
-abs(lower muscle)
