Day from hell-
Last night I wound up having to drive a bunch of drunks home from the bar, got minimal sleep because the guys came to deliver the new dishwasher for the house hours earlier than they were supposed to, then I had to install the dishwasher because apparently the landlord bought one without new hoses and such, and the guys wouldn't install the thing. Me personally- I don't even care, I never use the dishwasher. I don't make that many dirty dishes, and I wash them right after I use them.
But of course as I'm installing the new machine I discover (too late) that the bolt to the pipe was so old and stripped that it was turning... but not turning anything off, so the hose to the old dishwasher explodes all over the kitchen
I managed to get the hose stretched enough to hold the hose in the sink until someone could come over and turn off all the water to the whole house for me. I get the new dishwasher hooked up, everything installed and set up, turn the water back on... and the stripped bolt is now leaking. A massive puddle on the kitchen floor, which means turning the water to the house off again.
So the landlord is trying to get a plumber here, but in an hour there's a tile cleaning service coming to do a power wash on all the tile in the house because we've got a 3rd housemate moving into what was formerly the guest room, but with the water shut off, I don't know if they'll be able to do anything. The great news is if they aren't able to clean anything and we have to cancel, they still charge the full amount for coming out.
yeah... it's been fun.
I just want to go back to bed
and I still need a shower from getting sprayed with the hose from the dishwasher... eww...
What a day...

And I will try my best to not let the crap around me get me down like you said... I have to start believing my dreams are possible for them to come true, which I do...so now it's just that hustle mode for a long while.
