So, I had my motorcycle stolen in Venice. It wandered off in the night while I was sleeping. I guess it got bored and walked away.

4 days later I paid $7k cash and bought a new bike, one with fancy doodads and blinky lights. I tried hard to impress this new bike, to let it know I was a worthy rider. On the freeway...

Wow...That sucks so much about your bike(s), but I am so happy that you have such amazing people around you who are willing to help you out!

And, this incident clearly shows how cool and wonderful of a person you are otherwise I doubt people would be wanting to help you out.

Rock on! smile

In my mind, you are zooming around on a motorcycle, wearing this: http://www.bunnywarez.com/productDetail.php?c=fleece_hats&p=ninja_kitty

It's like I always say:

"If life gives you lemons, add hydrocloric to the citric acid and you have the beginnings of a volatile chemical reaction."

I've never actually been to Nepal, but I was born in India and have spent a lot of time there. I was last in India this past summer intensively studying Kuchipudi (classical Indian dance) at a professional dance school in Kerala.

It sounds like you are going to have such an amazing time! Awesome! smile

Regarding my last post...

I believe that i will be leaving LA as soon as Sept.

I will motorcycle accross country, see my family, share the first chapters of the book I am working through. Then, around Feb, I will be in Nepal, India, Bhutan, Tibet, and wherever else strikes some chord of interest. I will most likely be in Asia for 3 or 4...

Wow...That is huge. And it sounds amazing. I love India and Nepal. I have had the most incredible time in those places. Where in India do you want to go to? Have you ever been before? smile

Imagine you sat down at a table and found a jig-saw puzzle in pieces. With nothing better going on, maybe you'd take up the pieces and try to work them together. Once you have a corner in place, the puzzle starts to get easier, and now you want to see it finished, mostly because the heap of loose pieces stands in stark defiance of the...

Took some pics of my snake, janma for her SG set. I warned her that there was probably no chance her set would be accepted. Then she began to cry.

"You don't think I'm sexy?" Janma sobbed with her sad puppy snake eyes.

"Oh sure I do," I replied, "You're the hotness, it's just that it's more of a human thing. You know."

With that...

I think she's more "cute" than "hot," sort of more Mandy Moore than Salma Hayak, you know?

So you're coming up here in June, right?

It is sunday. I have been at the office all day alone. If I were to sit here till dawn, I would still be 2 days behind.

Luckily, I dislike every detail of what I am working on and see no sign of relief anytime until June! So cool!

Losing my ability to play nicely with the other children-- need distraction.

Aries.....taking,,,,,,over.

Wings...on....fire....

Mayday.

SGLA @ Whitehorse - 4/20

Good meeting those of you who came out last night. You folks are alright, in spite of what people are saying. wink

For those who did not attend here is the recap:

After many drinks sexyBeast stood up, clanked on his glass with a rusty nail to call our attention, and gave a fine speech. Strong words, powerful words. I'll remember...

Of course, after clanking the rusty nail on the glass, I dropped it on the couch, gave my speech, then sat on the nail.
sexybeast:
I did have a blast. It sucks that you didn't make it, you would have had fun. However, I am kind of happy that there weren't more guys here.

Hey there! It was great meeting you the other night! smile

I am terrible with coming up with cool/neat band names, so I don't think I am any help there...Sorry blush

Warning: there is a high probability you may soon be thinking "oh-god-shut-up-you-oversentimental-fuck." Nonetheless, I will post this anyway.

So I was writing a poem to a woman friend of mine a while back (jesus, I know.) It wasn't a love poem, nor even a good poem. In fact the only cause for calling it a poem at all would be the poor use of punctuation...
