Still slow. TrainingPeaks had 2 runs today. I could only get them in at night. I ran the progressive run which oddly enough had one pace and then did a 20 minute hydro massage bed and then a 30 minute MAF attempt but my heart rate is just through the roof on everything. I need to recalibrate my Garmin. This always happens after and outdoor run, the indoor ones are not as fast as they used to be and the outside was super slow. I know I'm moving faster the treadmill belt is set way faster. And I know it shouldn't matter but I'm doing this to improve to feel better about myself. And speed is one metric I use. Or I could just be getting slower.
I compare myself to a few guys instagram. It's the shortest path to unhappiness. They are self promoting mediocrity and feel like self important experts and actually take down and denigrate others as if they know better. I go to their feed to fuel my anger. Like I'm not as bad as that fucking guy. It's so bad I want to stop but sometimes it's all I got. I hate it.
