It's so wild to see things like this. During my 1st year of college, I ran into @sabas_life_sk8 in the meadows and I was telling him how I really wanted to get into modeling and how I wanted to double major in Art and Sociology... I ran into him again yesterday and he pointed out how he's been seeing all of my work on here and how much I have accomplished and it was kind of like I experienced this huge realization...
It's so easy to get caught up in all of your responsibilities or personal hang ups and never realize have far you have actually traveled towards becoming the person you've dreamt of. Here I am modeling and almost finished with school and it's still so easy to bring yourself down. Moral of this is that everyone should take a step back and say, "Hey, you're fucking rad." You're working hard and even though it sometimes feels like life isn't getting any better, it usually is... Just slower than you'd like for it to. It doesn't matter how long something takes you. Be good to yourself throughout the process. Take time to sit back and applaud yourself and then get back on that grind.
The more art I make the harder I am on myself and I am practicing the art of believing in myself, having patience when it comes to working with myself, and just appreciation in general...
This photo isn't even exciting because of the likes.. It's just so nice to remember how hard you worked on something only to see it's being appreciated. // photo by: @photoinsomniac who had me freezing by the Golden Gate Bridge
