Have gone to 3 yoga classes and tried out a pilates class at my yoga studio (and don't think I liked it.. great exercise, but the yoga gives me a great workout and also relaxes me -which I need as much as the workout itself). My pants are already fitting looser, I'm calmer, my skin is happier, and I'm sleeping great.
