OMG Larry is great too!  Ringworld ruined about a month of school for me (lying awake all night reading instead of sleeping does wonders for destroying ones GPA)  I love how Heinlein's Howard families breed for longevity and in Ringworld they breed for luck. 

I totally agree! And i like the group/line marriages. The world would be a better place if we could do that. Less divorce.
