I started crossfit 3 weeks ago. Spent 2 weeks learning how to do the movements properly then i started working out with the regular class. Unfortunately i started when they started doing the regional workouts, then this week is testing one rep max weight. Next week are hero wods in honor of our fallen soldiers. So i have one more week before we get back to regular easy crossfit. Lol. But so far i can back and front squat 105 snatch 80 and clean and jerk 90 lbs. Not too bad for a newb. I can already see changes cant wait till i can do pull ups without help.

Its going really well! I've lost 10 pounds and gain 2 inches in my thighs. I almost have my 6 pack back! I love it i just wish i could go more than 3 times a week but gotta earn a living....
