Here we are in the closing days of winter. The days becoming warmer and the landscape becomes teaming with life and everything is full bloom with their vibrant colors and aromas that only Spring can bring.
But 1st we take a one day be an Irish person with the selection of good Beers and Whiskey. Our plates are filled with classic foods from the emerald isle of Ireland. Corned beef with cabbage and potatoes or Bangers and Mash. Hearty Irish stews with soda bread. Morning breakfast Irish style with an assorted meats of sausages and beacon with fried eggs. Either Bushmills or Jameson whiskey. Great Irish Cream bundt cakes and good stout craft beers, Irish Cream coffee and so many more mouth-watering foods to delight your senses.
Being in my bloodline, I am a proud mixture of Mexican, Spanish, and Irish. Born to be drunk. I am a hearty, stout, stubborn man with strong convictions. I am proud of my ancestry and proud American too.
