Ugh, Kinko's sucks so bad. I had some problems with them before too. They are so anal about things sometimes. I would try to find a smaller business that provides the same services. They're usually a lot cheaper... just not open 24 hours like Kinko's.
Oh, not to mention, when I was 16 I tried to get them to laminate a fake ID I made haha... I told them it was strictly for novelty purposes, but they turned me away
