im looking for a good diet/ or workout plan looking to tone up mainly just bought myself a push bike today can anyone else recomend or gimmie some tips on how to lose some lb! ive been losing weight for the last year and half and managed to lose about 36lbs and now struggling, my body really isnt in the best of shape and hey for suicide girls i wanna look my best any help would be fantastic !

thanks for all the tips tbh im not sure how i lost all this weight im terrible when it comes to food and when one of my passions its to open my own cake shop then yeah i can get carryed away, atm im not doing any form of workout or anything like that im pretty lazy in all fair..will be picking up my push bike tomorrow which im looking forward to start using my partner just says i just need to tone which he is totally true on ive got a tiny waist its just my mid area typically the bully, bum and thigh area which needs the working i was thinking of going on a low carb diet but when your living in a house with 3 men and you dont do the shopping its pretty hard
