The Battle of the Bulge continues....

Mind, Body, Soul event at Olympia this weekend. We made some seriously good sales of the DVD, made a deal with a magazine to be the special offer for the month of January with the new look magazine. Had some good demonstrations on the stage, lots of interest.

I have a really good feeling about this.

Reading night on Second Life... from next week reading on Monday instead of Tuesday.. have got to get some organisation into this.

If anyone is into writing anything, prose, poetry.... whatever... fact or fiction, there is an open mike session after the reading. All visitors are welcome!

It's been one of those days, I'm trying to work out how much stuff I can get done... and world war III breaks out...why me??

I have a new blog which I started a week ago. It's mostly about my battle of the bulge and my various culinary mishaps. I hope folk will find it inspiring, or even amusing, as I struggle to shed the bad habits of a life time and get a fitter body along with it.

My writing life just keeps getting better and better. Tonight I read live in Second Life from my novel, Custard, Cats and Consequences. Finding a receptive and interested audience is always good, it also helps me to know I am on the right track.

I have discovered that the older I get, the less tolerant of personal stuff I have become. I am single.
Now, according to populist media, this means that I am needy, clingy, desperate and cannot survive without a man (or woman). Erm... not exactly... Single is a lifestyle choice, not a challenge.... I'm feisty and temperamental. And... occasionally I zone out... in the middle of...
