They're far from the worst thing, but certainly not relevant enough to be headlining Ozzfest....I mean, they had Judas Priest last year, and they follow it up with a Priest imitator? Lame. They're far from "best" or even "significant".

Sorry mate, I just can't call them "better"-they both do the horrid fantasy writing, but at least Priest grew out of it and never took it in the first person; their bassist knows more than 2 notes; etc.....Iron Maiden follows the same bland formula for every song. LOVE Bruce's solo work, but Maiden.....meh. Following Priest's lead, and in the 80's noone should have been following that lead.
