i officially made it through February as of yesterday. and i never once slipped backwards into negative behavior. so i'm proud of myself.
and for the first time ALL winter, Lisa fell down and went boom today. but luckily, i didn't fall hard because if i had, i would've broken my kneecap. i'm the queen of falling messed up.
