Do me a favor. More guys struggle with seeing themselves than people realize. Thank you for your honesty about that. I look at you and I see this sexy hot cool guy. So I tell people to look in a mirror every day for like a month and tell themselves as many times a day as possible I love you and accept you exactly as you are I love you self unconditionally. In 30 days it changes thought processes, changes cells positively. It gives the body greater ability to heal itself. All the latest research, scriptures and even metaphysician books from the 50's to present day detail it. Words have power to bring life or death. And So often we're all so unkind to ourselves. I survived hell on earth so I'm proud to say I went from wanting to die in 2012-2014 post a decade of extreme sexual harassment and crimes like rape at work to now I genuinely am happy and I feel loved. Like my cells just glow love. It feels so good. Love for myself, love from god my dogs and cat and god's starting to bring people into my life who are loving too. The govt still retaliates because I'm a whistleblower and they were ruled at fault for that stuff which caused my disabilities and ruined my life/career. But somehow I can just feel it's finsally gonna be ok.  But the favor I ask of you is that on your own you look yourself in the eyes and tell yourself that you love you unconditionally each and every day. You're already an amazing guy. But this will help you see yourself more clearly too. Hugs
