I wish I knew what it was I've been doing to help - only thing I can think of is that I've been eating more fruit and generally not being such a lazy bastard.
As for snowboarding - yes, there are loads of kids where I go who are much better than me, it's irritating, but it's also great fun, even if it does cost an arm and a leg!
