so i dont think i got the team lead possition...i havent been told no yet but they called some other people so ill wait and see what they say....they pull people aside and tell them why they were not hired so thats good....i dont think my numbers were the best but yea...
i kinda want to stay a normal rep now at least for a bit longer...maybe till november i hit my year with the company....and maybe change shift....but i want to see how this new sup does....hes been around for a while and he likes building teams and hes apparently good at it...he requested our team specificly...we seem to be the lowest in the center :-/ he also took a pay cut from one of the top first shift teams
whene i get to be sup i want to be the best i can be...my first sup was very good and i learned things from him that help....communication with the team is key...keeping them in the know so on so forth...ive also had another sup that was a FUCKING TOOL BAG DOUCHE....yes i dont like him....you dont ask the people under you how to do administrative tasks...espcialy about how to run a bonus report
as for the new sup had him for about a week hes good about comunicating..sends numbers out alot and hes tech based...hes trying to get us out of lets try and sell things mode and in to tech...fix things...fix things with new products
so lets see how it goes...and hey if i get my numbers back up and hiting top bonus again ill pay my car off faster
