And now I'm back. DSL took longer than expected because Verizon is run by incompetent fools who believe that an interactive response system is the way to handle all technical support calls. You should be able to say "Operator" and get an operator, right? No, not according to Verizon. I had to walk through the troubleshooting steps (I didn't have a connection, so this was harder than expected) before it realized it couldn't help me and transferred me to a person.

Ugh. No operator option is so crazy annoying - pisses me off cause circumstances compelled me to have to contact a live person then pissed cause I can't access the last resort help I needed.
