So my fellow Suicide Girl worshippers... the end of my 6 month membership is drawing nigh. My inkling (don't you LOVE inklings... all cute and tickly) is to let it run out and not renew it.

With that inkling in place (giggle), I am inviting my dear SG friends to a BB of which I am an administrator. This BB is twisted, vile, sick, fun,...

So I appled for TWO jobs in SLC last week... and between two interviews plus a work-related meeting PLUS court in SLC on Monday, I was on the road quite a bit. And then I realized I had to run a payment up to an attorney's office for a client so I had to do 2 trips to SLC on Friday.

And the whole week...

Kay, no one has ever accused me of being smart....

But why in the hell is Albert Gonzales concerned that I like Kate's Fuck You Forever set?

I mean, I appreciate the concern, but doesn't he have more importatnt things to do? Like making sure I don't check out anti-establishment library books or say the words George and Bush and bomb in the same sentence...

I'm weird.

Here's why......

I don't want to add any more friends because then instead of all these bright smiling faces looking at me whenever I open my page I'll have a drab list of names. I would feel like I need to start checking people off once I have completed whatever task they would set for me. What task would you make me do?...

Wow.

Its been awhile since I've put anything up.

I wish I could say its because I won a free trip to some exotic desert island... and have spent this last month lazying around on a white beach with palm trees... feeling the ocean wind breathe lover's kisses across my naked body.

Or, I wish I could say its because the CIA asked me to...

Bring your womanly ass on over to hang out some time and see if I seem to mind at all. smile kiss

And yeah, that's the point of the guy's experiments. It's weird to think that just the thoughts and the energy associated with certain words and thoughts can do that. And if it does it to water, what's it doing to US? But what he's doing is trying to figure out ways to make it work for the better, and use it to our advantage, in a way.

You should check out my journal now that I fixed the pic links. Again, I know I'm a dork for being so into that stuff, but it just gives me the heebie jeebies sometimes, in a good way. smile

So the other day I'm at work and a part of my leg keeps banging into a corner of my desk and I notice that its really tender on that certain spot....

****INTERRUPTION****

Sorry... I had to change laundry over and while doing so, my 2 year old jumps on the computer and posts my half-finished post. Sorry, Ted... you didn't get the whole story.......

Okay, today will be short and sweet.

My husband... let's call him Noodles... is the best.

We were prompted today to ask each other what could the other do that would make you feel loved, cherished, and adored?

One of his answers was "I want my wife to get out with her friends more and have fun. When she's happy like that then it makes...

I was never aware that Mormons were against caffeine even! I mean, granted I know very little about Mormonism as it is, but that just seems silly.

As opposed to all other religions, of course, which make perfect sense. whatever

Ego stroking nothing, it's called honesty, and if you're gonna talk to me you better get used to it sweetie... cause you fine.

Actually, it's always cuter when a bear says it.

So now I'm <gasp> 35. There's no looking back now. There's no pretending that something of the 20's remain, to keep me "cool" and "young" and "hip." (Whatever the fuck that means.) I'm waiting for the moderators of this fair site to kick my wrinky old ass off. If you do a search of the lovely and lucious Suicide Girls, you will be hard pressed...

Hell, some of my favorite SG's are not only over 25, but in their 30's. One in particular has a daughter and isn't shy about dressing her in Misfits t-shirts. One of the archived girls from Pittsburgh has a daughter that she takes to death metal concerts with her. So you're not alone, nor should you feel awkward about wanting to do what you do.
Also, at 28, soon to be 29, I've never smoked or drank either. But curiosity begs me to ask why you finally did after so long without.

Oh, and I'll agree with the opinion you're still one foxy mama. wink

Hey!
35 isn't so bad, ... been there since May 30th! ... it's just another notch on the bedpost.
I too, am waiting to get my nipples pierced ( re-done), but as far as the rest goes, I'm no "spring chicken":
drinking = 17
pot = 16
cigs = 17
tattoo = 18 ( and still getting more! )

"you are only as young as you feel", got this in a fortune cookie, a long time ago.

Just got back from Monticello (the place where I was born and raised) and a family reunion. My whole family is very religious, and it was hard feeling any kind of connection with them. I guess its a sign of my siblings' innate personalities that I still have fun with them -- I wonder what our family would be like without religion. One brother is...

Sometimes I wonder about things like that... but then I try to remind myself it's not for me to know, and I content myself with just appreciating things for what they are. I can't say for sure if insects have the same thoughts as we do, but I like to think they have something beyond our comprehension about them that is overlooked due to their simplistic nature. Which is partly why I'm so fascinated by them. smile

Good to hear your birthday is going well so far. If you want me to do a birthday dance for you on cam or something let me know. I'll just be home painting and pretending to be artsie all day.

My religious sister has a little -- I dunno -- plaque? sampler? picture? -- of the three words FAITH HOPE CHARITY in a frame in her living room. The words are all fancy and there's ivy and shit on them. I've been wondering about those words lately, wondering if only the traditional religious get to lay claim to them. There's a nice sentiment behind them,...
