I'll be honest, I hate cellphones, not just in the invasion of space way, or the oblivious driver way, I mean I hate talking on them, I hate answering them, even when its someone I know and like. I actually hate most of the recent techno communication devices, AIM, myspace , all of them. The fact that I really enjoy the SG community makes even less sense to me, and its not that I'm a bad friend (although considering most of my good friends are starting to filter to the coasts I am quickly becoming a poor BFF) If there's something going on I'll always be there but I just hate talking other then face to face, letters and blogs are fine, I am just discovering my semi-luddite loner side or does this form of impersonal interaction bugs others too?
As for everything else, I got my Cooper and its fucking brilliant, its really the closest thing to a bike you can get and still have 4 wheels, and the fact that I'm now back to my old independent self, able to drop into the book store or zip up to the Cities if I want is so relieving its just nice to feel 24 again rather then 15.
And I'm now off my crutches and onto a cane (I told ya, House is getting to me, we're both pill popping, cane walking cripples with motorcycles) I can only walk a few yards comfortably and my leg/foot for the most part still has no real feeling except for throbbing but hell, its still progress, and If everything goes well I should be on the road to Cali in about a week and back in school by mid October.
I need to get a camera.

And I never, ever watch anything in anything other than the original language if I can avoid it. Fortunately "Fearless" was released subtitled. Like "Once Upon a Time in China", this is especially good in this case because while the vast majority of the film is in Chinese, the American and British characters speak English and the Japanese characters speak Japanese (for the most part.)
Thanks for the pic, by the way.
