That's Awesome @surrealhopeful! I'm pretty well versed and knowledgeable in just about everything! But my top expertise is Regional Italian Cuisine first and foremost. Lots of culinary influence. Too many to list at the moment. Currently I run the kitchen at the Eugene Elks Lodge in Oregon. Member events and such, wedding parties. Once a month, I run a popup out of the kitchen here doing my own food. It's a good gig at the moment.

@mickdawg75 that sounds pretty good 😊 it'll be good for you to get your own place and have creative freedom. I definitely miss that. I didn't realize how lucky I really was getting that from my last job. I get creative freedom now at my current job but very limited.  Hopefully next gig will be betterÂ
