Two days into a five or seven day water fast. I've done three days before, but not more. I highly recommend it. Seems like once I get past the occasional gnawing hunger and fleeting weakness on day two that my brain goes into overdrive and I'm twice as alert as normal. Don't feel too hungry, but the habit of eating is tough to break.

The puncturing, not so bad. the scraping was rough. I'm a diaphragm breather, so my entire torso moves when i breath. I tried my best to be still.
After an hour of intense lower back work (in those boots with bad knees, my range of movement was limited), it actually felt pretty good.
I hope they change their mind about this set. Brooklyn and i put so much work into it: we'd love to get paid for it.
Thanks again!
