What can I say, there's nothing quite like a boring week at work. Except a boring week at work when it's cloudy and rainy outside, and cold inside.
I'm totally okay with spending extended time sitting at my desk, but most of the time I need to believe what I'm working on is moving toward some kind of finished state eventually. This is a down week, meaning there's nothing to do but organizing old files, taking a bit off the top of the crap pile known as my desk and updating reference information on the company website. Boring, boring boring work that is never done, because more will always come. Oh well, it could be a lot worse... at least at my desk I have the internet and TV; I could be out cleaning the workshop, which is freezing and wet at this time of the year.
I just got back Saturday from a road gig and I already feel the need to go on another one.
