Jet lag sucks
Day one, wake-up at 0700 and don't sleep till 0600 the next day
Day two, still up from day one, get some sleep on and off during 14hr flight with 2hr layover in Ireland
Day three, I take a 3hr nap then stay on SG all day then fall asleep for 2hr
Day four, wake up at 0400 got wall--mart, IHOP and now more SG
You can't sleep when you want, and do when you don't. The nine hour time zone change meant the 16hr trip
took only 7hrs of time out of the day. I so need to sleep
