I've continued to lose some of the weight but have added in a gym regiment that has changed the focus from the scale to the weights.
I'm floating between 270 to 275 currently but I have really put on muscle... given that I have never been a gym person, now that I am benching 140 pounds is pretty good.
I just want to keep the improvement rolling... and find something to keep the momentum and find more about myself and be stronger.
