Well I wish u the best of luck I've done a 10k that's it 😂 not run for about a year ! I've got a buggered neck thought it was my shoulder my limits me a lot in everything I do x

10k is still good! Awww that's not good, hope it will ease off? My doc said that I'm not designed to be a runner, so I don't know why I keep doing it!! 😂, I don't even really enjoy it! Hehe! 😣
